Are you (almost) graduated and ready to kick-start your career in an innovative and international working environment?

At Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects, we offer young talents the opportunity to grow through the Young Graduate Program: a dedicated traineeship for ambitious starters.

As part of Arvesta, a leading player in agriculture and horticulture, we will guide you through this one-year traineeship towards an exciting next step within Van der Hoeven. Aligned with your talents and ambitions.

What does the Young Graduate Program involve?

The Young Graduate Program is a one-year journey in which you will contribute to challenging projects from day one, while also taking part in training sessions to strengthen your professional skills.

Think of topics such as communication, leadership, personal effectiveness, and collaboration.

You'll be guided by a mentor within Van der Hoeven and become part of a network of other young talents within Arvesta.

What will your year at Van der Hoeven look like?

Depending on your background, you'll be matched with a suitable department within Van der Hoeven, such as Engineering, Project Management, or R&D. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas, take initiative, and take ownership of projects. At the same time, we will support you in discovering where your strengths lie and which direction suits you best by giving you exposure to different aspects of the company.

Who are you?

  • You have (or are about to complete) a bachelor's or master's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication Sciences and/or Life Sciences.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • You speak Dutch and/or English well.
  • You're excited to kick-start your career in the world of innovative greenhouse horticulture!
