The role: Work Preparator Climate

Once the project is sold, you will take on the role of Work Preparator. As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for your own tasks and work closely with the Project Manager and other Work Preparators and Engineers within the project team.

Based on the contract, you will create designs and detailed drawings for our (turn-key) horticultural projects worldwide, mainly using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. Additionally, you will prepare detailed material lists and coordinate with the procurement department on technical specifications. During project development, you will support the Project Manager where necessary. Your tasks during a project will include:

        Gathering information and preparing projects

        Working in a structured and planned manner

        Producing work and production drawings in AutoCAD/SolidWorks

        Preparing detailed material lists in ERP

        Coordinating with the procurement department

        Transferring project details to the execution phase

Your profile

  • A technical degree is required. Experience in climate technology is preferred but not essential.
  • Opportunities to grow into roles such as Lead Climate Engineer or Project Engineer.

 

  • Degree in a technical field similar to Dutch level MBO 4 (Vocational education and training / VET)
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Experience with SolidWorks and PDM required
  • Experience with AutoCAD preferred
  • Independent and responsible
  • Solution-oriented
  • Flexible
  • Experience as an Engineer in an (international) project environment
  • Strong social skills
