The role: Sales Manager

You are responsible for overseeing the entire commercial process related to the international sales of turnkey greenhouse projects. Your responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with existing clients and actively seeking new leads within a market area determined in collaboration with you and the team. A key aspect of success in this role involves cultivating a curiosity to identify and comprehend clients' challenges in adapting to a dynamic environment.

Remaining up to date with market developments is crucial, and you excel in translating these trends into viable commercial opportunities. Within both the team and the internal organization, you foster strong collaboration to effectively address the customer's needs, both throughout and following the commercial process.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Sales experience, preferably with high value products/projects 
  • Affinity with technology and/or agriculture
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Fluent in French and/or Arabic is an advantage
  • Team player
  • Patience and perseverance
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Flexible and enjoys travelling
  • Sharp and enterprising
