Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects. The future of horticultural technology.

The world is increasingly realizing that we need to preserve our planet and that this requires a much more sustainable approach to agriculture. The world also deserves access to healthy food. That is why we design, build and operate customized horticultural solutions for our customers, with a smaller footprint of natural resources, water, CO2 and pesticides. We continuously invest in R&D to strengthen our propositions for our customers. This vision enables us to successfully exploit our business for a better future.

What to expect?

At Van der Hoeven & Enthoven-Patron we believe it is important to be there for each other as a team. We help and support each other in our work, teach each other things about our work and from our experiences. In this way we always strive for success together.

We invest in the future of our employees. With VDH Academies, an internal knowledge sharing platform, colleagues learn from each other about their work and external tailor-made training courses are supported where possible. In addition to knowledge, we like to invest in the well-being of our employees. We do this physically, through the weekly boot camp and the free fruit we offer, but also through fun. We have an active staff association with a well-filled activity agenda, which, for example, provides a drink or barbecue at the office or something fun for the children at Christmas. In addition, there is plenty of room at the office for fun and a game of pool and, of course, department outings are organized.

We believe it is important to inform employees about the state of affairs of the company and what we are working towards. We do this monthly via our internal newsletter, the Breakthrough, supplemented with the quarterly meetings. Where the entire company comes together while enjoying a snack and a drink, while management explains what is going on at that moment.
