The role: HSE Coordinator

Are you a dynamic and driven individual who thrives on working methodically while keeping a laser focus on safety and quality of our horticultural projects worldwide?

As a QHSE Coordinator, your primary objective is to ensure the safety and quality of our horticultural projects worldwide. With a visible and active attitude, you know how to get the organization moving naturally when it comes to safety. On the basis of your knowledge and skills, you can sometimes balance conflicting interests. You will report to the QHSE Manager. More specifically you will be held accountable for;

  • Prepare Project HSE plan
  • Prepare and organize HSE Kick-off and induction meetings
  • Participate and lead project HSE site inspections 
  • Liaising with Project Team (Engineering, Procurement and Construction functions, and others as
  • required) to maintain and improve awareness of project safety 
  • Liaising with Project subcontractor teams to maintain and improve awareness of project safety 
  • Monitor project safety records

Your profile

  • You have completed an education in the field of (Q)HSE.
  • You have proven HSE skills.
  • You are results-oriented and strive for high quality.
  • You are proactive and take initiative.
  • You are a self starter and resilient when required.
  • You lead by example and are committed to project results.
  • You are prepared to travel (25%) as needed to support our operations and ensure consistent QHSE standards.
  • You have professional proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
